1 Year
That's it. One year. How quickly it passes and how much can change but stay exactly the same! Nora still adores her baby brother and Nicholas thinks his sissy can do no wrong. Both make my heart go thump thump!!!

Silly Faces and Spit Bubbles
Is it wrong that I just want to eat these two up! Nicholas is finding his faces and the reaction he gets from us when he makes them. Nora, well, she always has a funny face to share.
I personally love the spit bubble on his chin.

Swing
So Nicholas turned 4 months and we hooked up the swing for him. I am not sure if he is sold on it, but Nora sure did love pushing him!
As for the big man...well he is 16 lbs, 8.5 oz and 25.5 inches. The 75-90th percentiles in both areas. Not too shabby! He completely amazes me. He's been rolling over, both ways, for a month or more now, sings the best songs and will chew you out in a second if you aren't paying enough attention to him! And mostly...well...he completes this family.

Fun at the Zoo
Labor Day was one of the first beautiful days in forever. So what is a family to do. Well go to the zoo of course!! Nicholas loved being outside all day and Nora just loved showing her brother the zoo! I loved baby Jenny, the newest addition to the zoo. Just the cutest little giraffe ever, especially when she was sticking her tongue out at us! Great day.

BFFs
Long ago (okay...3 or so years) Nora became fast friends with a young lady named Ruby. Since they have remained best friends. A few short months ago these two young ladies introduced their new brothers to each other with the hopes they would soon become fast friends and future BFFs. So far it is looking pretty good!
