Worn Out?

First of all...Happy Birthday George! I hope you had a great day!!! (this is george: i did...thanks for the phone calls, texts, etc...i really appreciate all of it.)


Okay...back to me...george had released the keyboard.


As for the day...George got up and took Nora outside for some "pool" time. Okay...to get the picture, our "pool" is one of those plastic kiddie pools...what maybe 6 foot in diameter...I don't know...what I do know is that both George and Nora were sharing the pool. I don't think Nora liked that!!! Anyway. My friend called and Nora decided she was going to "talk" also (first stages of pretend perhaps). Well, poor little girl was so exhausted, she straight fell asleep with the phone still attached to her ear! Love it!!!

Sweet Dreams or Bed Bugs

I know she isn't the only baby to sleep with her butt up in the air, but it really is cute. Do you think they are dreaming? Simply fell asleep while trying to crawl somewhere? Or is it just that comfortable?

I guess we will never know...

Played to Hard???

The little girl was talking and playing. Daddy came in...Mommy and Daddy talked...all got quiet. I guess the little one just played herself right to a nap! So tired, in fact, she couldn't even let go of her toys.

Friend or Foe

Ms. Nora was taking a little nap and Salem decided he wasn't going to let her go anywhere...or was he trying to get even for taking his old nap spot?

Nap Time

Nora has been having a very sleepy day today. I got to take advantage of some quality cuddle time before Daddy got home so I decided I would share her once he got home. Since Nora is getting a little bigger, times like these are precious! And she still has the knack of being able to put us to sleep when she is snuggling with us!!!

Twist and Shout

Here is what I found the other morning when I went in to get Ms. Nora from bed. I guess she can kick herself to all sorts of positions.

My How They Grow

Happy 2 months my sweet Nora! I cannot believe how quickly the days have gone. Some days, her first few days seem like a distant memory...I just hope I have those memories locked into my brain somewhere so I will never forget them.

Of course one memory I can forget is her getting her first round of shots. She was so happy...smiling and cooing at the nurse...then prick...scream...and crocodile tears. Poor little baby, but they are for your own good sunshine. Other than that, her checkup was a-ok. She weighs in at 12lbs 15oz and 22.5inches. The only thing is she has strict orders from her doctor to have more tummy time to work on those neck muscles.

Anyway, the shots have kicked her butt and now she is napping away!

Sleepy Baby

Sometimes I get very very tired and Mommy and Daddy still think they have to take pictures of me. When will this insanity end?!?!?!
