Little Bit's First Pics

WOW...it is all really real. We have been on the fence as to how far along we thought we were. Today we officially confirmed Little Bit is 9 weeks 4 days old today. His/her arrival is due on March 30, 2007. That seems so far away, but I am sure it will be here in no time! Hearing the heart beat (didn't realize it was 176 beats/min) and seeing it pulse on the screen was too amazing. Of course George cried like a little girl...I am sure no one is totally surprised by this. Anyway...this was the coolest ever...we are both so excited words cannot describe it!

Nothing New

Nothing is new with Little Bit or Momma. Still waiting for next weeks appointment. This weekend George started reading up a little on what is going on/where we are/what the baby is doing...I think he was surprised at some of the information. I think it helps bring him into the circle...now he has an idea how Little Bit is developing and that makes it a little exciting for him. Up until then it was just how do I keep "her" from having her next meltdown! Ha. Now we have been making lists of what needs to get done...of course that is making all this even more overwhelming. One day at a time...all is how it is supposed to be and all will be fine.

The News

Hello, this is my first post and first official announcement that Little Bit Marquez is on its way. Yes, believe it or not, George and I are having a munchkin. Everything is very new so I am a bit hesitant in making the official announcement, but I just couldn't wait any longer. In a week and a half we get to go back to the doctor to hear the baby's heartbeat. I think that is when it will all become real for us. As for me, I have been very lucky. Only a bit tired, but none of that morning crud...knock on wood! I hope I stay so lucky...keep your fingers and toes crossed!
