Fun with Cats

...this is what Salem sounds like...he is such a pain in the a$$...however on this occasion, Nora made it fun!

Sunday Night Posts

It's Memorial Day weekend...don't have to work in the morning. Haven't posted in a while...so brace yourself and keep scrolling!!! Thanks for checking on us!!!

Fashion Disaster

Ah...sweet Nora and her sense of fashion...or not so much. Purple jammies from last night...one leg pulled up. Blue tutu. White socks with polka dots. Brown shoes. What does that equal???

Baby Jackson

One of my friends had her baby boy two weeks ago. He is the cutest little thing ever! I'm bummed I don't have pics of mommy and baby, but Nora was trilled we got to go visit him. We made him a blanket and all weekend Nora kept talking about "see baby Jackson, blanket"...yes Nora we are going to go visit baby Jackson and give him the blanket. When we got to their house, I confiscated baby Jackson and held him the entire time. The only time I gave him up was when Nora asked (and yes...Nora asked...I did NOT offer this up to her) and when he got hungry. Thanks Jennifer...for 1) letting Nora hold Jackson and 2) for making me realize I am still not ready for #2 although I fell completely in love with him!!!!

I love that Nora is holding his little hand. Too precious!!! She is such the little mommy!!

Tea Party

Although I was hoping for a quiet Memorial Day weekend, we have been very busy having a ton of fun (tomorrow will hopefully be our "down" day). We've had birthday parties, family in town, baby visits and tea parties. I don't have pics of everything, but here are some of the girls at their "party". It is funny...we have been having dinners with this couple for a while now and the transformation of the girls continue to amaze me. At first playing together simply meant in the same room...now they are actually interacting with each other. It is too cute!!!! At one point, Ruby was sitting on the couch watching a little TV and Nora had to climb up right next to her...Ruby couldn't "shake" Nora all night long. Ha.

The Lion and The Funny Face

A Chef in the House

George may have left the cooking world, but lately Nora is taking his place. We cook everywhere. Her favorite spot to cook is the bathtub. We have had many a raisin finger because we cannot get her out of the tub because she is cooking!!!

Easter

The Easter outfit pose...the sweater covers most of it, but this is a handmade dress from my aunt...and handmade means hand...not sewing machine made. Beautiful.

Nora's "first" Easter bunny! The look after her first bite...the look after a few more bites...SUGAR!!!!
